Key Responsibilities
Tender & Documentation Support
Identify and track tenders from various portals and sources
Prepare and submit tender documents through GeM and other e-tendering platforms
Arrange EMD, tender fees, and related documentation
Maintain accurate tender records and filing systems
Sales & Procurement Coordination
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments
Support quotation preparation, pricing coordination, and follow-ups
Assist procurement activities and material tracking
Coordinate with project/site teams for required documents and updates
Administrative & System Support
Maintain organized soft and hard copy documentation
Perform basic ERP entries and task tracking
Support invoicing, payment follow-ups, and billing documentation
Assist with vendor registration, DSC updates, and compliance documentation
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
Certification in Tendering, Procurement, or Contract Management will be an added advantage
Required Skills
Basic understanding of tendering and procurement processes
Familiarity with GeM and e-tendering portals preferred
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Good communication and coordination skills
Strong attention to detail and time management
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Experience
0–1 year experience in Tendering, Procurement, Sales Support, or Administrative roles
Freshers with internship or relevant exposure may also apply
