Navjyoti Global Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-driven Skill Development Manager to manage the complete lifecycle of skill development projects from mobilization to training delivery to placement and reporting. The ideal candidate must have end-to-end knowledge of government and CSR skill development projects, including DDU-GKY, PMKVY, NULM, CSR initiatives, and State/NSDC programs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage end-to-end implementation of skill development projects across sectors.
• Plan and execute mobilization strategies to meet enrollment and batch start targets. • Ensure high-quality training delivery through effective trainer management, curriculum planning, and classroom discipline.
• Drive placement activities, coordinate with employers, and ensure candidates are job-ready and placed.
• Maintain accurate and timely MIS, documentation, and reporting to internal teams and funding agencies.
• Lead, guide, and manage the training center team – mobilizers, trainers, counselors, and support staff.
• Coordinate with government departments, CSR partners, NSDC, and other stakeholders for project alignment and updates.
• Ensure compliance with project guidelines, quality standards, and documentation protocols.
• Prepare and present project progress reports, presentations, and audits as required. • Monitor project KPIs, manage budgets, resolve on-ground challenges, and ensure timely deliverables.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
• Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (preferably in Management, Social Work, or Education).
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in skill development project management.
• In-depth knowledge of DDU-GKY, PMKVY, NULM, CSR, and other government skill development schemes.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic understanding of AI-based reporting tools is a plus.
•Good communication skills in English and Hindi
