📝 Key Responsibilities
📞 Developer Relations: Connect with developers/builders to generate new project mandates.
📅 Meeting Management: Schedule and coordinate meetings with builders and developers.
🗣️ Client Engagement: Call prospective clients, understand their requirements, and pitch tailored solutions.
🚗 On-Ground Coordination: Organize and lead property site visits for clients.
🔄 Pipeline Management: Maintain regular follow-ups with both clients and developers to close deals.
📊 Reporting: Keep accurate, daily reports and operational updates.
🎯 Requirements & Qualifications
👩 Gender: Female (as per business requirements)
🏢 Experience: Prior experience in Real Estate or a Channel Partner (CP) firm is highly preferred.
💬 Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
✨ Attributes: Confident on the phone, presentable, and highly target-oriented.
🛵 Conveyance: Having a bike/two-wheeler is optional but a plus.
