Business Development Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION Business Development Executive Company: MS Digital Media Department: Business Development / Sales Location: Aminjikarai, Shenoy Nagar, Chennai Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development / Sales – Mandatory Job Purpose We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, connect with potential clients, and promote MS Digital Media's digital marketing and technology solutions. Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, WhatsApp, email, social media and other channels. Research and identify potential clients and business prospects. Contact prospects, understand their business requirements and identify opportunities for our services. Present and explain MS Digital Media's services and solutions to prospective clients. Generate, qualify and follow up on leads to convert them into clients. Maintain regular communication and build strong relationships with prospects and clients. Prepare proposals and quotations in coordination with the internal team. Maintain records of leads, follow-ups and business development activities. Coordinate with the internal team for smooth client onboarding and service delivery.

Services to be Promoted Meta Ads – Facebook & Instagram Google Ads & Google Business Profile Social Media Management Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Graphic Design & Video Editing Website Development Personal Branding Other Digital Marketing Solutions Candidate Profile Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development / Sales is mandatory. Prior experience in Digital Marketing / IT / Advertising Agency sales will be an advantage. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Confident in communicating with prospective clients. Strong interest and ability in sales and business development. Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media. Ability to identify prospects, generate leads and follow up consistently. Proven ability to convert prospects into clients will be an added advantage. Key Skills Business Development | Lead Generation | Cold Calling | Client Handling | Follow-up | Sales | Digital Marketing Compensation Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month + performance-based incentives, based on the candidate's experience, skills and suitability for the role. For Exceptional Candidates: Candidates with proven experience in digital marketing agency sales and a demonstrated ability to independently generate and convert clients may be considered for ₹25,000 – ₹28,000 per month + performance-based incentives. Note: Candidates with less than 1 year of relevant Business Development / Sales experience will not be considered.
