Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team at MPG Ads. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales, client acquisition, and business development, preferably in digital advertising or the automobile industry.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new clients for digital advertising and lead generation services.
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, online research, and other business development activities.
Connect with potential clients, understand their business requirements, and pitch suitable advertising solutions.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive business growth.
Follow up with prospects, negotiate commercial terms, and convert leads into clients.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and campaign execution.
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Digital Ad Sales.
Experience in the automobile industry will be an added advantage.
Good communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
Ability to generate leads, handle client conversations, and close sales.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
Salary & Benefits
Fixed monthly salary of ₹20,000–₹30,000, based on experience and skills.
