Location: Gurgaon, Haryana

Role Overview:

As a Business Development Intern, you will work closely with the sales and strategy team to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, support client engagement, and contribute to market research. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone passionate about real estate, client interaction, and strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential clients and investors.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities.

  • Support the team in lead generation, follow-ups, and database management.

  • Participate in property site visits and client meetings when required.

  • Contribute to presentations, proposals, and other business development materials.

  • Maintain CRM records and help track ongoing business opportunities.

  • Collaborate with marketing teams on promotional campaigns and events.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (pursuing or completed) in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related fields.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • High level of motivation, discipline, and eagerness to learn.

  • Interest in real estate and client-driven environments.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

  • Gurgaon-based candidates or those willing to relocate preferred.
