Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance)

About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through effective communication, lead generation, and customer engagement. This role requires a proactive attitude, adaptability to a fast-paced environment, and a willingness to travel when needed.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with prospective clients and students through calls, meetings, and events to promote our services and achieve business targets.
Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert them into successful business opportunities.
Deliver on monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by business goals.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Represent the company at campus drives, promotional events, and other external programs across Tamil Nadu.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
Requirements
Education: Graduate in any discipline.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales or a related field (preferred).
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Tamil are mandatory.
Work Ethic:
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Open to extended working hours or shift extensions when business needs arise.
Willingness to travel to the company campus (Poonamallee) and various events across Tamil Nadu as required.
