We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented GeM Operator to manage Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal activities. The candidate will be responsible for tender participation, bid preparation, product/service listing, order management, and coordination with government departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and operate the GeM portal efficiently.
Search, analyze, and participate in relevant tenders/bids.
Prepare and submit bids and related documentation.
Upload and maintain product/service catalogs.
Track orders, payments, and contract execution.
Coordinate with clients and government departments.
Ensure compliance with GeM guidelines and procurement procedures.
Maintain records and generate reports as required.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
Basic knowledge of GeM Portal, tendering, and e-procurement.
Good computer skills (MS Office, Excel, Email).
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Prior GeM/tender handling experience preferred.
