Job Description

·         Lead Generation:

Identifying potential clients and opportunities through market research, networking, and other lead generation activities. 

·         Relationship Building:

Cultivating strong relationships with both new and existing clients to foster trust and loyalty. 

·         Sales and Negotiation:

Presenting company products/services to potential customers, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. 

·         Strategic Planning:

Developing and implementing sales and business development strategies to achieve company goals. 

·         Market Analysis:

Staying up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs. 

·         Collaboration:

Working with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, etc.) to ensure a coordinated approach to business development. 

·         Reporting and Analysis:

Tracking sales performance, analyzing data, and providing reports to management. 

·         Client Management:

Managing the sales process from initial contact to implementation and ongoing client relationship management. 

·         Innovation and Process Improvement:

Continuously seeking ways to improve sales processes and identify new opportunities for growth.
