Location: Willingdon Island, Kochi

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Business Development & Sales Identify and develop business opportunities through referrals, calling, and market research.
o Generate qualified leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
o Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets assigned by management.
o Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close business deals.
• Client Relationship Management
o Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. o Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups.
o Handle customer concerns, complaints, and service issues professionally.
o Retain existing customers and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Fluency in Hindi is mandatory.
• Proficiency in any regional language is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
