Business Development Executive

We’re hiring a Business Development Executive at MetaMind Health, Noida.

Role Overview

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our clinic by identifying new opportunities, building partnerships, and expanding our client base in the mental health sector.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct market research and analyse industry trends to identify opportunities

Define and execute business development and sales strategies

Build and maintain client relationships; develop partnerships with healthcare providers, schools, and community organizations

Achieve sales targets by promoting clinic services and presenting to clients/partners

Collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns and materials that increase visibility

Represent MetaMind at industry events, conferences, and occasionally collaborate onsite with mental health professionals to strengthen service outreach

Maintain detailed records, reports, and analysis of business development activities

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, or related field (Master’s preferred)

3–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing (healthcare/mental health experience preferred)

Strong understanding of mental health services with a passion for improving well-being

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and travel when required

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
