Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, experience in lead generation, and working knowledge of LinkedIn for prospecting and business development.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities through new ideas and Ai tools, Use Sales navigator.
Use LinkedIn to search for prospects, generate leads, and build professional connections.
Reach out to potential clients through emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Schedule meetings and follow up with prospective clients.
Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions.
Maintain and update the CRM/database with lead and client information.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.

Requirements

B.COM Graduate, Financial knowledge (Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good knowledge of LinkedIn, including lead generation,B2B, networking, and profile management.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.

Preferred Experience

0–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Lead Generation, or Client Acquisition.
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other lead generation tools is an added advantage.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹18,000–₹30,000 per month (Based on experience)
