Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive (BDE) to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and contribute to the company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and networking
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales pitches
• Follow up on leads and convert them into business opportunities
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
• Achieve assigned targets and contribute to team goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• 0–1 year of experience in sales or business development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good negotiation and convincing abilities
• Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is a plus
