· Identify potential clients in the target market and Segment, through Direct Sales in Bangalore and Virtual Sales anywhere in India. Identify potential clients and markets for manpower services.
· Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and expand the customer base.
· Generate Business Funnel, Customer Base, and Various account information and interact with HR over the phone, emails, and personal visits and meetings.
