Key Responsibilities:

  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and market trends to offer relevant solutions.

  • Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through various channels, including email campaigns, referrals, and social media.

  • Process sales orders, handle administrative tasks, and ensure timely follow-through on customer inquiries.
