Key Responsibilities:

• Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams on customer responses, trends, and competitor activities.

• Work collaboratively with the sales team to enhance strategies and improve the customer experience.

• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and market trends to offer relevant solutions.

• Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through various channels, including email campaigns, referrals, and social media.

• Process sales orders, handle administrative tasks, and ensure timely follow-through on customer inquiries.
