About the Role
Manthan Experts is looking for a dynamic and strategic Business Development Executive who will play a key role in structuring and scaling our sales panel. The ideal candidate will not only drive business growth but also build a well-defined, efficient, and sustainable sales process from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement a structured sales strategy for business growth
• Build, organize, and streamline the complete sales panel/process
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads in finance-related services
• Design and improve sales workflows, pipelines, and conversion strategies
• Coordinate with internal teams (accounts, compliance, advisory) to ensure seamless service delivery
• Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) for sales and client handling
• Track performance metrics and optimize the sales funnel for better results
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high client satisfaction
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Proven experience in Business Development / Sales (preferably in CA firm, finance, taxation, banking or consultancy industry)
Strong objection handling and negotiation skills•
Excellent communication skills with fluency in English• (both spoken and written)
• Ability to build processes, structure teams, and drive execution
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Self-driven, result-oriented, and capable of working independently
Preferred Candidate Profile
• Experience working in a CA firm or similar finance domain
• Prior experience in setting up or restructuring sales processes
• Strong client handling and negotiation skills
