About the Role:
We are hiring for our UK-based outbound website process. Ideal for candidates with good English communication skills and a willingness to work in a day shift.

Job Responsibilities:
-Make outbound calls to UK business clients based on provided data
Record responses and give transfer of calls to the supervisor
-Meet daily call volume and quality benchmarks
-Maintain professionalism and data confidentiality at all times

Requirements:

-Willingness to work in a UK shift (12:30 PM – 9:30 PM)
