Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and driven MBA freshers to join our Lead Generation & Business Development team at Humentown. The role is ideal for individuals eager to start their career in client acquisition and recruitment sales.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and research potential clients across various industries (IT & Non-IT).
2. Generate high-quality leads through cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach, etc.
3. Maintain and update lead database with accurate records and follow-ups.
4. Work closely with the sales and recruitment team to align on business goals.
5. Build relationships and engage with prospects to understand their hiring needs.
6. Meet weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and client outreach.
7. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities.
8. Take feedback positively and work on improving pitch and communication.
9. Report daily/weekly activity and progress to the team lead or manager.
Requirements:
• Any graduate or MBA preferred, fresher or up to 6 months of experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven attitude.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
