JOB DESCRIPTION
Designation: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Department: Admissions / Marketing
Location: ASET College of Science and Technology, Chennai
Key Responsibilities:
Promote the college's academic programs to prospective students and parents.
Handle student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-ins.
Generate admissions leads through school visits, educational fairs, seminars, and promotional activities.
Conduct career guidance sessions and provide course counselling to students.
Follow up with prospective students regularly and maintain admission records.
Coordinate with the Admissions and Marketing teams to achieve admission targets.
Build and maintain relationships with schools, educational institutions, and referral partners.
Maintain daily reports of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions status.
Assist in organizing college events, campus visits, and student orientation programs.
Ensure timely submission of daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Represent the institution professionally during promotional activities and outreach programs.
Adhere to the institution's policies regarding discipline, attendance, grooming, and professional conduct.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Management, Principal, Vice Principal, or Head of Department.
Required Qualifications:
Any Bachelor's Degree (MBA preferred).
Experienced candidates may apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Ability to work towards admission targets and deadlines.
