Job Description
Luxanto Realty is looking for a motivated business development Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, explaining real estate projects, generating property leads, and coordinating with the sales team to convert leads into successful property deals.
Key Responsibilities
•Make outbound calls to potential clients regarding real estate projects
•Generate and follow up on property leads
•Understand customer requirements and provide relevant property information
•Coordinate property visits and client meetings
•Maintain and update client databases and call records
•Work closely with the sales team to support lead conversion
Skills Required
•Good communication and negotiation skills
•Confidence in interacting with clients
•Ability to handle leads and follow-ups effectively
Eligibility
Education: Graduate preferred
Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with good communication skills can apply)
Language: English
Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹2.5 LPA – ₹4 LPA
