Job Title: Business Development Executive (BFSI – Sales Focus)

Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra

About the Role

We are hiring passionate and ambitious Business Development Executives (BDEs) for Lokmanya multipurpose Co op Society in Mumbai.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new business opportunities across the BFSI domain — Banks, NBFCs, Insurance, and Fintech.

  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.

  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and client servicing.

  • Maintain accurate client and sales data in CRM tools.

  • Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and meetings.


Requirements

  • Graduate / MBA in Business, Finance, or Marketing.

  • 1–5 years of experience in Sales or Business Development within BFSI (Banking, NBFC, Insurance, Fintech, Mutual Funds, etc.).

  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Knowledge of BFSI products and financial market trends.

  • Self-driven, energetic, and target-oriented.
