Job Description

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our real estate team handling premium farmhouse projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting provided leads into successful sales, building client relationships, and promoting our farmhouse properties with professionalism and enthusiasm.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients from company-provided leads.

  • Explain project details, features, and investment benefits of farmhouse properties.

  • Schedule and conduct site visits with interested clients.

  • Follow up with prospects regularly to ensure lead conversion.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.

  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to execute promotional activities.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Maintain updated records of calls, meetings, and client details in CRM or Excel.

  • Provide feedback from clients to management for service improvement.

  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in real estate sales (preferably farmhouses, plots, or luxury properties).

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Confident personality with a persuasive approach.

  • Ability to build trust and rapport with clients.

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools).

  • Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings.
