Job Summary:
We are looking for a Business Development Executive to help drive company growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships, and supporting the sales process. This role involves prospecting, lead generation, and assisting with client onboarding and account management.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, cold calling, and networking
Qualify leads and schedule meetings or product demos with prospective clients
Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials
Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation efforts
Follow up on inbound inquiries and nurture leads through the sales funnel
Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Keep up with market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments
Participate in sales meetings, events, and training sessions
Requirements and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Good organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
