Job Purpose:
As a Territory Sales Manager for a Strandply OSB, you will be responsible for handle daily sales activities including lead follow-up, client communication, and CRM updates. The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy, organized, and driven to convert leads into business.
JOB DESCRIPTION
● Manage Secondary Sales & Placement at Retail Outlet
● Sales generation through Architect
● Sales Generation Through Furniture OEMs.
● Arranging Dealer Meet and Carpenter Meet for Brand promotion
● Maintain and update CRM system with all lead and client data.
● Follow-up with the buyers for orders and timely payments.
● Generate daily/weekly reports of sales activity and lead status.
● Support in preparing sales presentations and documentation.
Qualification:
● Graduate or MBA (Marketing) will be preferred.
Required Skills:
● Good communication (English, Hindi, Gujarati)
● Experience in Channel Sales & Distribution
● Preferably from Plywood, Hardware, Adhesive, Paints and Tiles
● Energetic, positive attitude, and goal-driven.
Relevant Experience:
● Proven experience as an Sales Associate or in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
CTC per annum:
1.44 to 2.40 LPA
