Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, networking, and field visits.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industries, and growth opportunities.
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Initiate contact with prospective clients and schedule meetings or product demonstrations.
Understand client requirements and propose suitable products or services.
Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and presentations in coordination with the sales team.
Follow up with leads and prospects to convert them into active customers.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
Coordinate with technical, operations, and service teams for smooth project execution.
Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in CRM or trackers.
Track competitor activities, pricing trends, and market developments.
Assist in contract negotiations and closure under guidance from senior management.
Participate in sales meetings, reviews, and training programs.
Support marketing initiatives such as campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates for management.
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing queries and coordinating post-sales support.
Adhere to company policies, sales processes, and ethical business practices.
Travel as required for client meetings, site visits, and business development activities.
