Comapany is looking for a Business Development Executive who can generate qualified pipelines and open doors with mid-market/enterprise accounts across US/EU/MEA. You’ll prospect, run first-call discovery, coordinate demos with BDM/Presales, and maintain impeccable CRM hygiene—selling a multi-service portfolio (Odoo, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Salesforce, Shopify, eCommerce, Mobile, AI/IIoT, Hosting, Other ERPs).
Key Responsibilities:
Own outbound prospecting (email/calls/LinkedIn), qualify inbound, and book meetings for BDM/Presales.
Run first-call discovery, capture notes, define next steps, and align stakeholders.
Research accounts, build target lists, craft sequences, and personalize outreach by industry/use case.Campaigns Execution on the available platforms
Coordinate demos/PoCs, manage follow-ups, and support proposal/RFP tasks with the solution team.
Keep CRM current: contacts, activities, opportunity stages, and forecasts.
Partner with Marketing on campaigns/events; report weekly/monthly as per demand on funnel metrics and insights.
Attend trade shows or client onsite sessions with BDM/Presales.
Experience Requirements:
Excellent English communication; strong writing, calling, and objection-handling skills. Candidates should have greater than 2 years of total professional experience.
Should have spent 2 Years min in one Company having International presence and Emp Size of 30+.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
2+ years in BDE/BDR/Inside Sales (SaaS/ERP/IT services preferred).
Excellent English communication; strong writing, calling, and objection-handling skills. Research-driven, organized, and target-oriented; comfortable with activity and SQL goals. Hands-on with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Workspace/MS Office, and a modern CRM. Bachelor’s in Business/Marketing/Engineering or equivalent practical experience.

Comfortable using MS Office or Google Workspace
Nice to Have:
Basic knowledge or exposure to modern ERP systems such as Odoo, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics
Familiarity with mobile app ecosystems and SaaS-based platforms
Understanding of software development or product lifecycle terminology
Experience using CRM tools like HubSpot, Odoo CRM, SalesforcePrior internship or involvement in tech sales, B2B outreach, or startup environments
International travel experience for a similar sales/business-development function is a plus (client meetings, trade shows, onsite discovery).
Fluency in additional European languages such as German, French, Dutch, or Danish is a strong plus.
