With a strong focus on industry-relevant skills and a track record of successful placements, the Student Counsellor will guide prospective learners through every step of their educational journey-helping them understand the value of data analytics, the breadth of career opportunities, and the specific benefits of BSAS's programs.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Counsel prospective students and parents on course curriculum, career paths, and placement support

- Respond to and manage inquiries via calls, emails, and walk-in visits

- Guide applicants through the admission process and drive conversion targets

- Maintain proactive follow-up with leads to nurture engagement and ensure a smooth enrollment experience

- Provide ongoing support to enrolled students, liaising with academic and placement teams for accurate, up-to-date information

- Collaborate closely with marketing, academic, and placement teams to align counselling efforts with institutional goals

Requirements:

- Graduate or Postgraduate degree (preferably in Education, Psychology, or related field)

- Prior experience in academic counselling, student advisory, or education sales

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

- Strong interpersonal ability to build trust and rapport with students and parents

- Organized, proactive, and target-driven mindset

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced educational environment
