1. Strong communication in written and verbal.

2. Good knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.

3. Good knowledge of social media like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Keep in close contact with customers, answering their questions and making sure their service is flawless.

2. Actively communicate with new clients, create leads, and support the sales conversion process.

3. Provide administrative support to the sales team and ensure sales targets are fulfilled.

4. Keep detailed records of all client interactions, follow-ups, and sales activity.

5. Develop and maintain client connections with the goal of achieving high levels of satisfaction and retention through exceptional service.
