• Connect with leads, build relationships, and actively convert them into confirmed orders.

• Prepare and send accurate commercial and technical quotations.

• Follow up consistently on inquiries, quotations, and orders to ensure closure.

• Track client communication and maintain records in Excel/CRM systems.

• Support sales team in preparing offers, marketing materials, and email campaigns.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
