Job Description : Business development executive (BDE)
1.Handling leads generated through calls, WhatsApp, and field inquiries.
2.Understanding client requirements and suggesting suitable properties.
3.Scheduling and coordinating site visits with customers.
4.Following up with clients regularly to convert leads into sales.
5.Maintaining client records and updating lead status in CRM.
6.Building good customer relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
7.Coordinating with the sales/operations team for closures.
