BDE Role & Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
•Handle inbound and outbound sales calls.
•Generate leads through calls, references, and marketing campaigns.
•Maintain a strong follow-up system.
•Convert inquiries into site visits.
2. Client Handling & Sales
•Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.
•Conduct property presentations and site visits.
•Explain pricing, payment plans, and project details.
•Handle customer objections professionally.
•Close deals and achieve monthly sales targets.
3. Follow-Up & CRM Management
•Maintain regular follow-ups with interested clients.
•Update lead status in CRM regularly.
•Ensure no lead is missed or delayed.
•Maintain proper documentation of client details.
4. Target Achievement
•Achieve daily calling targets.
•Complete assigned site visit targets.
•Meet monthly booking targets.
•Improve conversion ratio consistently.
5. Market Knowledge
•Stay updated with project details and pricing.
•Understand competitor projects and market trends.
•Share market feedback with Team Leader.
6. Coordination
•Coordinate with TL, Sales Head, CRM, and Legal team.
•Ensure smooth documentation and booking process.
•Support customers until final closure and payment.
