We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team at KNS METRO PROPERTIES. The role requires identifying new business opportunities, building long-lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate for this role must have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven record of closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential clients to generate leads and drive sales growth.
Identify and connect with customers interested in buying plots and layout sites through calls, social media, and field visits.
Explain project details, pricing, location benefits, and arrange site visits for customers.
Maintain good relationships with clients and regularly follow up to support sales closure.
Coordinate with the sales team and update daily customer and sales reports.
