We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving sales growth in the residential/commercial real estate market.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, lead generation, and market research.
Promote real estate projects (residential/commercial) to potential buyers and investors.
Conduct site visits and property tours with prospective clients.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.
Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Provide market insights and feedback to management for strategy improvements.
Maintain CRM records and ensure timely follow-ups with leads.
Participate in real estate exhibitions, events, and promotional activities.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
Proven track record in real estate sales or business development (1–5 years preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of local real estate market trends and legal regulations.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
