Job Summary:

Kapil Group is looking for energetic and ambitious Business Executives to join our real estate division. This role is ideal for experienced Business/Sales executives who are passionate about sales and eager to build a successful career in real estate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and build a customer pipeline for commercial spaces, plots, and villas.

  • Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.

  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable property options.

  • Maintain follow-ups and convert leads into successful sales.

  • Meet monthly sales targets set by the management.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and sales activities.

Required Skills:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong customer orientation and convincing ability.

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to the real estate market.

  • Basic understanding of the real estate market (training will be provided)
