Job Description:

KalaTech is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executiveto join our team in Vadodara.

The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, handling client inquiries, promoting KalaTech's services, and developing strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through online and offline marketing activities

• Identify and approach potential clients

• Handle incoming inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email and social media

• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable services

• Prepare and share proposals, quotations and service details

• Follow up with leads and convert them into clients

• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients

• Achieve monthly sales and business development targets

• Coordinate with the design, development and marketing team

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns

• Maintain daily lead and follow-up records

Requirements

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Sales/Marketing experience will be an advantage
