Role Overview:

We’re looking for an energetic and ambitious Business Development Intern to join our growth team. This role will give you hands-on exposure to sales strategy, lead generation, client outreach, and conversion tracking—plus incentives for every lead that successfully converts to a client.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients.

  • Execute LinkedIn outreach and follow-up sequences.

  • Assist in email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing.

  • Identify and qualify leads for our services—software development, digital marketing, websites, QA, etc.

  • Update CRM with lead interactions, meeting notes, and progress.

  • Schedule discovery calls and demo sessions for the sales team.

  • Support in proposal creation, pitch deck design, and presentations.

  • Monitor outreach performance and suggest areas for improvement.


Requirements:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Confident with cold calling, messaging, and client-facing conversations.

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, Google Sheets, and CRM tools is a plus.

  • Organized, proactive, and performance-driven mindset.
