Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Business Development Executive with strong experience in Corporate/B2B Sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, developing corporate accounts, managing key clients, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new corporate/B2B clients through cold calling, references, online research, networking, and field visits.

• Generate qualified leads and convert them into long-term business opportunities.

• Handle the complete sales cycle from prospecting and client meetings to quotation, negotiation, order closure, and payment follow-up.

• Build relationships with corporate clients, distributors, institutions, offices, retail chains, and other potential bulk buyers.

• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products and commercial solutions.

• Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and product discussions.

• Prepare quotations, proposals, pricing offers, and sales reports.

• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, quantities, and delivery schedules with clients.

• Develop existing accounts to generate repeat orders and increase sales.

• Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular updates to management.

• Coordinate internally with operations, accounts, production, and dispatch teams for smooth order execution.

• Monitor competitors, market trends, and new business opportunities.

• Take ownership of assigned sales targets and ensure consistent achievement.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Corporate/B2B Sales or Business Development.

• Strong experience in client acquisition and corporate account management.

• Experience in paper products, thermal paper, stationery, paper hygiene products, printing, packaging, FMCG, or related B2B industries will be preferred.

• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.

• Ability to independently generate leads and convert business.

• Target-oriented and comfortable with corporate client meetings and field sales.

• Good working knowledge of MS Excel, email communication, and CRM/sales reporting.
