Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business leads through various channels (cold calling, email, networking, social media).
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to present company services/products.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies and improve customer acquisition.
Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients using CRM tools.
Prepare and deliver pitches, proposals, and sales presentations.
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Participate in industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to represent the company.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role (1–3 years preferred).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
