What You'll Do
Respond promptly to buyer leads coming in via call, message, and WhatsApp, and qualify them
Take structured, timely follow-ups at every stage of the buying journey until closure
Own vehicle loan cases end-to-end - coordinate with lending partners, track status, and push cases through to disbursal
Own vehicle insurance cases end-to-end; coordinate with insurance partners, track status, and push cases through to issuance
Track conversion rates across leads, loan cases, and insurance cases; identify drop-off points and fix them
Keep every lead and case accurately updated in our CRM/tracking system, in real time
Build genuine rapport with buyers - understand their needs, recommend the right vehicle/finance/insurance options, and handle objections
Coordinate with the dealer-side team when a buyer needs to connect with a specific dealer or listing
Flag and escalate stuck cases immediately so nothing sits unresolved

Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/BBA background is a plus, not required)
1-3 years in tele-sales, inside sales, customer service, or BPO-style lead conversion (strong freshers with excellent communication will also be considered)
Fluent in Gujarati and Hindi; working proficiency in English
Prior exposure to loan or insurance processes is a bonus, not a requirement
Knowledge about vehicles/automobile sector is a bonus
