Jhanil Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and digitally savvy Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, generate leads through online platforms, and drive growth through effective digital engagement and client relationship management.
· Generate business leads through digital platforms (LinkedIn, Google, B2B portals, social media, etc.)
· Identify new business opportunities and potential clients online
· Build and maintain relationships with customers through email, chat, and social media communication
· Coordinate with the marketing team for online promotions and campaigns
· Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales
· Maintain and update client databases
· Conduct competitor and market research for new business strategies
· Prepare reports on lead generation and conversion performance
· 1–3 years of experience in business development or online sales
· Strong knowledge of digital platforms like LinkedIn, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, etc.
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills
· Basic understanding of digital marketing and lead generation tools
· Proficiency in MS Office and online communication tools
