### Position: Business & Sales Coordinator

We are looking for a ••confident, proactive, and communication-focused Business & Sales Coordinator•• to manage customer/class follow-ups, coordinate sales activities, and support business growth. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling ••100+ class/customer follow-ups••, maintaining regular communication, and converting leads into successful enrollments or sales.

### Key Responsibilities

• Handle and follow up with ••100+ classes/leads/customers•• on a regular basis.

• Make calls and communicate with prospects to understand their requirements and provide relevant information.

• Maintain consistent follow-ups through ••phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels••.

• Convert interested leads into enrollments/sales through effective communication and relationship building.

• Coordinate with the sales, operations, and management teams to ensure smooth execution.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, conversions, and customer interactions.

• Track pending follow-ups and ensure timely communication with every prospect.

• Identify potential business opportunities and support the team in achieving sales targets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, students, clients, and partners.

• Prepare daily/weekly follow-up and sales reports.

• Handle customer queries professionally and ensure a positive customer experience.

• Take initiative to improve follow-up processes and increase conversion rates.
