• Build Relationships Keep good relations with customers and understand their needs.

• Customer Support Handle queries and complaints quickly and politely.

• Follow-ups Stay in touch with customers to ensure satisfaction.

• Data Management Keep customer details updated in the system.

• Retention – Work to keep existing customers happy and connected.

• Reporting – Share regular updates on customer feedback and issues with the team.

• Team Support – Help sales/marketing team with customer insights.
