Janav Logistics is hiring Business Development Executives to help expand our business network and drive growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Cold Calling: Reach out to potential clients via phone to introduce our logistics services.
Email Campaigns: Send professional business emails to generate interest and inquiries.
Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings with potential clients for business discussions.
Client Meetings: Visit clients physically to pitch services, build rapport, and understand logistics needs.
Lead Generation: Research and identify new business leads in various sectors.
Rate Negotiation: Discuss and finalize pricing with clients as per company policies.
Business Execution: Follow up and ensure successful onboarding and service delivery.
Target Achievement: Meet weekly and monthly sales and business development targets.
Reporting: Submit daily and weekly reports on leads, meetings, conversions, and targets.
Key Skills Required:
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Confident and presentable in client meetings
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and target-driven
Basic knowledge of logistics (preferred but not mandatory)
Proficiency in MS Office, Email, and Internet Research
Qualifications:
Any Graduate (Business or Marketing preferred)
Experience in sales, marketing, or business development is an advantage
