Business Development Executive – IzzyHouse

📍 Location: Pune
🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role:
Join IzzyHouse, a fast-growing vacation rental and property management brand, as a Business Development Executive. We’re looking for smart, confident, and goal-driven professionals who can build strong partnerships, onboard new properties, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and connect with property owners to onboard new villas and stays.

  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with partners and clients.

  • Understand property potential and present IzzyHouse’s services and benefits effectively.

  • Coordinate with the operations, marketing, and sales teams to ensure smooth onboarding.

  • Handle negotiations, prepare proposals, and close partnership deals.

  • Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities.

  • Represent IzzyHouse at meetings, events, and networking sessions.

Requirements:
✅ Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi (spoken and written).
✅ Strong presentation and convincing skills.
✅ Good understanding of sales, hospitality, or real estate (preferred).
✅ Confident personality with a professional and positive attitude.
✅ Ability to meet targets and handle multiple clients simultaneously.
✅ Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
