# Job Description – Business Development Executive (Back Office)
Company: Econs Crop Protection Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh
Qualification: Master’s Degree Required
Experience: 1–3 Years in Sales
Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month
Interview Mode: Walk-in Interview, 11:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Roles & Responsibilities
• Handle back-office sales operations and daily business development activities.
• Coordinate with dealers, distributors, and sales teams.
• Generate leads, follow up with customers, and support sales growth.
• Maintain sales reports, customer databases, and business records.
• Coordinate orders, dispatches, and customer queries.
• Follow up on payments and outstanding collections.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Support the field sales team in achieving business targets.
Candidate Requirements
• Master’s degree is mandatory.
• 1–3 years of relevant sales experience.
• Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
• Candidates with strong sales knowledge and customer-handling skills preferred.
