Flipkart BDA (Field Sales) – Job Description

1. Job Title

Business Development Associate / Field Sales Executive / BDE – Field Sales (Flipkart Outlet / Grocery)
— Field-based position in Flipkart Outlet onboarding and merchant sales.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Outlet Acquisition & Onboarding: नई Flipkart/Grocery outlets (shopkeepers) को identify, contact और onboard करना। ग्राहकों को product features, policies, और benefits समझाना।

• Territory Management: क्षेत्रीय क्षेत्र में तेजी से नेटवर्क expand करना, promotions चलाना और सेवाएँ उपलब्ध कराना। Sales Target & Incentives: Monthly targets meet करना और incentives अर्जित करना। Fixed salary + TA/DA + performance incentives मिलता है।

• Team Coordination: यदि experience है तो junior field sales executive को संभालना (บาง posting में) और manager के साथ daily reporting करना।

• Relationship Building: Shopkeepers/merchants के साथ मजबूत business relationships बनाना और queries का timely समाधान करना।

• Reporting & Documentation: Leads, sales metrics और merchant data को accurate तरीके से update करना। Daily/weekly reports बनाना।

3. Eligibility & Requirements

• Education: 12th pass or Graduate (depend करता location पर). कुछ roles require graduation.

• Experience: Minimum 6 months to 2 years in field sales, FMCG, retail, or merchant onboarding. Skills: जरूरी हैं – B2B sales, field selling, basic English (most postings), negotiation, communication skills. MS Office/Android phone familiarity plus driving license and two-wheeler जरूरी होती है।

4. Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 महीना (बेसिक in-hand).

  • DA/TA allowances (e.g. ₹100/day, ₹4/km petrol)

  • Performance incentives.
    PF & ESIC benefits in many locations.
