Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for lead generation, client acquisitions, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. You will work closely with our team representatives to bring in new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.

  • Responsibilities :

    Lead Generation and New Client Acquisitions: Identify potential clients through various channels, including online research, networking, and referrals.

    Client Meeting and Coordination: Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs and present our products/services effectively.

    Follow-up and Conversion: Maintain regular follow-up with clients to nurture leads and convert them into strong prospects.

    Proposal and Payment Follow-up: Prepare and send proposals to clients, ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding payments.

    Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team representatives to strategize and implement effective business development techniques.

    Market Analysis: Conduct thorough research on customer preferences and competitor information to develop effective sales strategies.

    Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and challenges to top management.

    Client Feedback: Gather feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and enhance customer satisfaction.

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Preferred).

    • Experience: Fresher or At least 6 months of experience in business development or a related role.

    • Language: Fluent in English (Preferred).

    • Location: The position requires in-person work at our office in Dehradun, Uttarakhand.

    Job Type:

    • Full-time, Regular / Permanent position.

    • Fresher candidates are welcome to apply.

    Schedule:

    • Day / Night shift (Rotational). 

    Ability to commute/relocate:

    • Candidates should be able to reliably commute to our office in Dehradun or plan to relocate before starting work (Required).
