We are seeking a highly motivated and result-driven Business Development Executive (Telesales) to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects, and scheduling site visits through outbound telecalling. This role is key in nurturing client relationships and driving sales growth through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential buyers from provided databases or cold leads.
Explain property features, pricing, and benefits to prospects over the phone.
Follow up on inquiries and maintain regular contact with interested clients.
Schedule and coordinate site visits with clients and the field sales team.
Maintain detailed records of conversations and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to support promotional campaigns.
Stay updated on real estate trends, project launches, and market conditions.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.
Prior experience in telesales or customer service, preferably in real estate.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office is a plus.
