Job Description

Identify and generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital platforms.


Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.


Present and promote real estate projects to prospective buyers through site visits, meetings, and presentations.


Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing professional support and guidance.


Negotiate deals, prepare sales agreements, and ensure smooth execution of documentation.


Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.


Coordinate with marketing and back-office teams for lead management and client servicing.


Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and property fairs to boost brand presence.


Qualifications & Skills:


Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).


Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar customer-facing sales role.


Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.


Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.


Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations is an advantage.


Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.


Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
