Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Client Acquisition & Lead Generation:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.

  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings with potential clients.

  • Assist in creating and executing sales strategies to increase revenue.

2. Sales Presentations & Client Communication:

  • Deliver engaging sales pitches and presentations to prospective clients.

  • Communicate effectively to understand client needs and propose tailored digital marketing solutions.

  • Maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.

3. Market Research & Competitor Analysis:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and market demands.

  • Gather insights on potential clients and their business needs to personalize sales approaches.

4. Sales Pipeline Management:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress.

  • Track and report key sales metrics and performance indicators.

  • Follow up on prospects and ensure timely responses to inquiries.

5. Collaboration with Marketing & Business Development Teams:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.

  • Contribute to content strategies that support lead generation and client engagement.

6. Negotiation & Closing Deals:

  • Assist in contract negotiation and closing deals efficiently.

  • Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and effective handover to account management teams.


Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

  • Experience: 0-2 years in a sales or business development role, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency.

Technical & Sales Skills:

✔ Market research & competitor analysis
✔ Negotiation & deal-closing techniques
